We establish connection and joint hands in 2019. At the first meeting, Mr Hosseah was impressed by the service, philosophy and product quality of Reliable Machinery. A contract for five turnkey production lines was then signed. From an idea to a company that has been operating for many years. The Tanzanian after-sales team was specially established by Reliable after-sales department which for the whole time. During the three most difficult years of the epidemic, Reliable Machinery overcame the total difficulties and sent a team of engineers to Tanzania three times to commission the machines and train the factory staff on how to use the machines, serves client wholeheartedly during the commissioning period, and provides engineers with strong knowledge background guarantee and professional issue-resolving solutions.
Reliable Machinery has had a good relationship with Hopaje for many years and has joined forces with Hopaje since 2019. To improve production line efficiency and product quality, Hopaje has decided to choose Reliable Machinery again to continue as their partner.
